I followed the measurements exactly but the hat is too small. It is difficult to return. Therefore a waste of money.

I ordered this hat for my husband and realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Their shipping was so fantastic that by the time they got my e-mail about the wrong size-my hat had been shipped. They sent me a return label via e-mail for me to ship the wrong hat back. I dropped it off two days after I got the label and got the replacement hat the next day.
