It really keeps my head warm and stops my ears from getting cold. The fur looks really good with it. My head measures close to 23 cm and the large fits perfect, except the strap that connects the flaps was a little tight for me, even at the loosest setting. There was plenty of space to add a new hole though. Also sizing up might be okay since it has a strap in the back which can further tighten it, but I'm happy with the size I got.
