    The bag itself seems of high quality. I do wish the shoulder strap would also be made of leather or have a shoulder pad to make carrying it more comfortable. Additionally, customer service could be improved. I had to order the bag a second time after the company decided to cancel my first order. It took a long time to receive the bag despite paying for 2-3 day shipping.
